Optional pieces, transparently priced.
A few things are priced à la carte because they depend on your local market, your team size, or the data you bring in. We pass these through honestly so you can budget for them.
MLS data & search — IDX + VOW
Optional add-on at any tier. We connect your site to live MLS data and operate as your authorized technology vendor, sourcing the feed on your behalf. One connection powers two experiences:
- IDX — public listing search on your site. Active listings, no login, the familiar "search homes" experience.
- VOW — a registered-client portal. Once your buyer signs in, they get deeper data: sold history, price changes, and (where your MLS permits) expired and off-market listings.
What it costs, transparently: a per-feed data-access fee passed through at cost, plus your MLS's own data-license / participation fees — which vary significantly by market. No markup from us on the MLS's fees.
The feed is the plumbing; the product is the AI layer on top — natural-language search, buyer-match alerts in your voice, plain-English comps. We onboard one MLS at a time and quote your exact number before you commit.
Additional team agents
Minimum and Pro are single-agent. Team accounts available on Pro and RMD: $197/mo per additional agent (founder rate). RMD includes up to 5 agents; beyond that, $147/mo per additional agent. Brokerages of 10+ agents — reach out for a customized quote.
SMS messaging
SMS usage is billed separately at standard HighLevel rates (around $0.0125 per outbound segment for U.S. numbers). You'll see usage and the running total on every monthly invoice — no surprise auto-recharges, no minimums.
Custom buildouts (beyond included)
RMD includes one custom pillar buildout per quarter. Beyond that, or for Minimum/Pro accounts, custom buildouts are scoped, quoted up front, and billed once — then added to your AI Cloud Computer as a permanent capability you own.
Paid-media spend
Pro and RMD include ad management; the ad spend itself is charged at cost directly to your card by the ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). We recommend a minimum monthly budget of $500–$1,500 for organic-plus-paid to perform well together.
Additional live video production
RMD includes one produced hero-listing video per quarter. Additional videos are quoted by listing (typical range $400–$900 per produced video depending on length, location, and editing complexity). Quoted up front, billed once per video.
