About Sign & Social

An AI operating system, built for licensed agents who'd rather amplify than be replaced.

Sign & Social is a privately-funded team based in Alabama, building and operating a managed AI operating system for licensed residential real estate professionals. We work with our customers on a first-name basis. We answer the phone. We do not gate knowledge or hold data hostage. We treat your license, your reputation, and the relationships you've built as the things actually worth protecting.

Our mission

We stopped buying tools. We built an operating system.

The version of "AI for real estate" that ships today is a feature dump: a chatbot widget, a content generator, a CRM auto-responder — eight subscriptions, three Zapiers, a CRM that doesn't talk to the calendar, and a stack of dashboards nobody logs into. It saves a little time. It also dilutes the agent's voice, hands data to strangers' databases, and trains the buyer to expect a robot on the other end of every conversation.

We took the opposite path. One operating system that runs underneath the agent's business — coordinated, governed, isolated per customer, and trained to sound like the human who owns it. Every layer of the day-to-day — marketing, lead response, transactions, past-client follow-up, weekly intelligence — moves through one orchestrator that respects the rules, tags the data, and routes each task to the right model for the job. The agent stays the licensed expert; the OS does the heavy lifting underneath.

We call this AI = Amplified Interactions. The point is to strengthen the relationships and the trust the agent has spent years building — not to chip away at them. Every product decision passes through that filter.

Our principles

The non-negotiables.

Amplify, don't replace.

AI = Amplified Interactions. Every outbound reply, every post, every contract action ships only with your approval. You stay the licensed expert; the system makes you faster, more present, more consistent. We do not put words in your clients' inboxes that you didn't sign off on.

Governance & security built in.

TCPA, Fair Housing, brokerage policy, board rules, consent state, retention class — wired into the system as first-class concerns, not bolt-ons. Encryption in transit and at rest. Per-customer isolation. Drafts pass through compliance checks before they ever queue for your review. The unglamorous engineering choices that protect your license.

Your data, your asset.

Contacts, transactions, trained voice profile, content library, consent records — all of it sits on a Dedicated AI Cloud Computer that's yours, tagged at intake, exportable on demand. If you ever decide to leave, you keep the data, the playbooks, the knowledge, and the AI that was trained on your work.

Relationships compound.

We optimize for the long arc — the past client you helped a decade ago, the buyer who refers their cousin, the brokerage that renews because the system pays for itself every year. AI should strengthen what's human about the agent's business, not chip away at it for short-term metrics. Long-term human connection over quarterly numbers.

Simple over clever.

Most of the wins come from picking the few capabilities that move the needle and shipping them clean. We strip away the parts that don't earn their keep. Three solid workflows you'll actually use beat fifteen impressive demos that sit dark in a dashboard.

Honest by design.

No fabricated reviews. No fake urgency. No retention games. If a refund is the right answer, the refund is the right answer — and you keep the bonuses, the content, and the training. Goodwill compounds. Every product we sell, we run inside our own business first.

How we build

The unglamorous engineering choices.

The parts most "AI for real estate" tools quietly skip. We don't.

Data tagging from intake

Every contact, conversation, and content asset is tagged the moment it enters the system — source, consent state, brokerage-policy applicability, retention class, regulatory category. The OS always knows what it's allowed to do with which piece of data.

Opt-in consent with audit trail

Every consent (contact, SMS, marketing, automated outbound) is logged with timestamp, source URL, and the exact disclosure language displayed at consent time. Recoverable per-record on demand, ready for any regulator or carrier review.

Compliance-aware drafts

Outbound drafts pass through Fair-Housing, TCPA, and brokerage-policy checks before they reach your approval queue. Flags are explicit. You see what tripped, why, and the recommended fix — you decide whether to ship.

Per-customer isolation

Your Dedicated AI Cloud Computer is exactly that — yours. Your data does not commingle with other customers' data. Your trained voice profile is private to you. The model you train is not pooled, shared, or used to improve anyone else's outputs.

Encryption end-to-end

TLS on every public surface. Storage encryption at the cloud-provider layer. API credentials in encrypted secrets stores. Per-user authentication on every workspace access. Standard, but worth saying.

Right tool for each job

No single AI is best at everything. One orchestrator routes each task to the right model — listing copy in your voice, neighborhood data pulled live, hundreds of leads summarized in seconds, sensitive documents read by a local model that never touches the internet. One workspace, many tools, all coordinated.

Founder

Aaron Oliver

Leads product design and technology direction at Sign & Social.

Aaron's career has spent more time inside large public-company environments than he ever planned — solving complex operational problems, usually by stripping away the parts that didn't earn their keep and shipping something simple that holds up under load. That instinct is the lens he brings to AI for real estate: pick the few capabilities that move the needle, build them with proper governance, security, and data hygiene from day one, then let the team operate the system so the customer doesn't have to learn six new tools to run their business.

The unglamorous parts — encrypted isolation per customer, customer-owned voice profiles, consent state tagged at intake, audit trails on every outbound, Fair-Housing-aware drafts, data classification from the first form submission — are the parts most "AI for real estate" tools quietly skip. Aaron does not. The point of bringing AI into a licensed agent's business is to strengthen the relationships and the trust the agent has spent years building. Not to chip away at them by sending unreviewed messages, leaking data, or pretending the technology is a substitute for a licensed professional. AI should amplify what's already true about the agent's character and competence. That's the whole bet.

The product is run on the principle Aaron leads with: build relationships, not transactions. The agents who win the next decade are the ones who use AI to be more human — more present, more responsive, more thoughtful — not less. The numbers follow that, not the other way around.

Aaron also leads the weekly Live AI Academy sessions and works directly with founding members through onboarding. Every product Sign & Social ships, we run inside our own business first — the same receptionist that answers Aaron's phone, the same content engine that writes his drafts, the same Monday Brief that runs his week.
